We arranged taxi transportation through the hotel, which made everything very easy and stress-free. The hotel is located on a lively, vibrant street, and the presence of guards outside made us feel very safe at all times. We had booked a food tour, so unfortunately we couldn’t enjoy breakfast the next morning. Instead, we had dinner on the terrace, which was a wonderful experience. The following day, we went on a tour to Tolantongo, and the amazing staff were kind enough to lend us towels—something we truly appreciated. We were also able to leave our luggage at the hotel and returned around 8 p.m. Despite heavy traffic and several street closures due to a show, the staff helped direct us to a street where Ubers were allowed. One of the guards even walked all the way to the taxi with us, which made us feel incredibly safe. Overall, it was a great experience. Thank you to the wonderful team at Gran Hotel Ciudad de México! Amazing location, beautiful hotel, great facilities such as cold bottled water available, snack bar, etc. A particular thanks to a concierge called Raul who went out of his way to help me one day as I was waiting on an uber while some nearby streets were closed due to a protest. He couldn't have been more helpful or kinder and I wished I had gotten to thank him properly afterwards in person but didn't see him again. Loved this hotel so much.

This hotel, with patios and gardens, is situated in Mexico City’s Cuauhtémoc neighbourhood. It is just a 3-minute walk to Paseo de la Reforma Avenue, and less than 2 km to Bosque de Chapultepec Park. Een rustplaats in alle hectiek, met uitstekende ligging tov de verschillende andere interessante wijken. Zonder overdreven luxe, maar alles werkt goed en de mensen zijn vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Casa Comtesse ligt op 1,9 km van het kasteel van Chapultepec en biedt accommodatie met een bar, een tuin en een gedeelde keuken. In de gehele accommodatie is gratis WiFi beschikbaar. De gastvrijheid, de service, het ontbijt, de sfeer waren allemaal fantastisch. Veel hotels zien er allemaal hetzelfde uit, maar Casa Comtesse is zo authentiek ingericht met liefde voor de Mexicaanse cultuur en kunst. Ontzettend van genoten. We zouden hier zeker terugkeren wanneer we weer in Mexico-City zijn. Bedankt!
