Located less than 5 minutes’ walk from Palacio de Iturbide Museum and Torre Latino, Hotel Histórico Central offers Colonial-style architecture and free WiFi connection in all areas. The hotel is in the middle of the old town, everything in the historic centre is walking distance. Hotel guests can enjoy a 3-hour free walking tour which was really informative, we learned s lot about CDMX. To top it off the hotel offers free food and drinks 24 hours, perfect gor guests coming from Europe who have their mealtimes a bit mixed up due to the different timezone. During our departure our driver could not reach the hotel due to some demonstrations and therefore closed streets. In a heartbeat the staff organized 2 rikshas to take us and our luggage (4 people-3 week trip through Mexico) to the place where the driver was waiting. A staffmember accompanied us, to make sure we were ok. That is what we call excellent service. (We have stayed in a lot of top class, large, small and as well charming hotels all over the world, therefore have some experience)

We arranged taxi transportation through the hotel, which made everything very easy and stress-free. The hotel is located on a lively, vibrant street, and the presence of guards outside made us feel very safe at all times. We had booked a food tour, so unfortunately we couldn’t enjoy breakfast the next morning. Instead, we had dinner on the terrace, which was a wonderful experience. The following day, we went on a tour to Tolantongo, and the amazing staff were kind enough to lend us towels—something we truly appreciated. We were also able to leave our luggage at the hotel and returned around 8 p.m. Despite heavy traffic and several street closures due to a show, the staff helped direct us to a street where Ubers were allowed. One of the guards even walked all the way to the taxi with us, which made us feel incredibly safe. Overall, it was a great experience. Thank you to the wonderful team at Gran Hotel Ciudad de México! This hotel, with patios and gardens, is situated in Mexico City’s Cuauhtémoc neighbourhood. It is just a 3-minute walk to Paseo de la Reforma Avenue, and less than 2 km to Bosque de Chapultepec Park. Excellent value for a quiet, comfortable and safe hotel. Location is great as it’s adjacent to great neighborhoods and parks. Surrounded by delicious food. The courtyard is beautiful and the staff is lovely and makes a great breakfast. Would absolutely recommend to anyone traveling to CDMX.

It was a wonderful stay in such an arty place! The staff was friendly and very helpful. The location of the place is between two metro stations, very convenient to move around the city! Absolutely loved it! Extended my stay for one more day there because of this Mexican hospitality and if I had a chance to come back to Mexico City, “Casa Comtese” would be my first choice again! ¡Muchas gracias!

The house and the rooms are very pleasant (and the bed comfortable). The breakfast is fantastic with variety every day. The hosts went out of their way to kindly accommodate my early arrival and late departure - much appreciated. I will definitely come again. I stayed for 6 nights and loved having Coyoacan as my base. As a solo single woman traveler, I felt very comfortable and safe.

The staff don't change, which is a good sign for the management, and means they recognize that I am a frequent and loyal guest. The concierge team in particular (Juan Pablo, Rafael and Mario) is great. The hotel design is very basic but everything is pleasant, well maintained and functions well. The food in the dining room is good and provides a decent selection at a fair price. The rooms are well appointed and clean, the beds are comfortable and there are nice touches in the room like useful amenities, robes and a small kettle. The shower and toilet always work well. The location is excellent and with the exception of the rooms facing the roof top bar next door, the rooms are quiet. I have been to the best hotels in the world and I'll say that what one gives up in beauty and glamor at this hotel one wins back in consistent quality in spades. My go to hotel in Mexico City.

Isaaya Hotel Boutique by WTC ligt tegenover het World Trade Center van Mexico City. Het hotel beschikt over een restaurant en een bar, en de kamers zijn voorzien van gratis WiFi. The location was amazing. I went to cdmx for a concert at Pepsi Center, which was literally across the street. The neighborhood is also great, lots of restaurants and cafes near by. Very safe as well.
