Set in Playa del Carmen and with Playacar Beach reachable within 500 metres, Che Suites Playa offers a tour desk, non-smoking rooms, an outdoor swimming pool, free WiFi and a shared lounge. The location of the accommodation was perfect. It's very close to the beaches, the bus station. There are many shops, restaurants and of course the 5th Avenue within walking distance. Mariana was an excellent host.

This secluded guest house is located outside the village of Tulum, only a short cab ride of the beach. The property is surrounded by tropical gardens. Absolutely beautiful place, a lush oasis which is so colourful and well-kept. The room was spacious and very comfortable and the breakfast was well worth the extra cost. The owners are also really lovely and helpful! We actually extended our stay by one night and would definitely stay here again

This hacienda-style hotel is located on Playa del Carmen's Fifth Avenue, one block from the beach. The hotel offers free Wi-Fi in every guest room. The lady serving me was really Helpful and supported me when ie as having an emotional day trying to find a quieter hotel. Recommend booking king room for quietest rooms

Located on the coast of Xcalacoco Beach 10 minutes outside of Playa del Carmen, this luxury resort and spa situated in the tropical rainforest features a restaurant. While planning a winter escape, I focused more on the type of resort rather than location or beach. I wanted to feel pampered, zen and with nature. I had stayed at Viceroy hotels in the US before and always had a good experience, so I was happy to find this one with only 40 or so rooms and the type of setting I was seeking. The care the staff took was unparalleled to any other experience we’ve had. They looked after us, brought us treats, knew our preferences and were always so accommodating. The massage was the best we ever experienced. The vibe of the common areas is low key; no loud music or obnoxious behavior, the food was excellent. The suites are so different from your average resort, the bed was huge and comfortable, each room has an outdoor shower and plunge pool. The rain head showers were a delight with excellent pressure. I can’t say enough about this wonderful place (obviously). If you’re seeking an out-of-the-ordinary adult experience to relax and be pampered, this is the place.

Featuring Mexican-style décor, Hotel Casa Colibri is a sea-front boutique hotel located in the heart of Playa del Carmen. Colibri beach oli yksi parhaista majoituksista Meksikon matkamme aikana. The location is absolutely perfect – right on the beach with stunning sea views and just a short walk to 5th Avenue, restaurants, and shops. The hotel has a cozy, authentic atmosphere and feels much more personal than large resorts. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and waking up to the sound of the ocean was a real highlight. The staff truly made the stay special. Carolina and Lino at the reception were always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. At the restaurant, America, Eduardo, Isaac and others provided excellent service and made every breakfast and meal enjoyable. Everyone was attentive and genuinely cared about guests’ comfort. The beach club area was also very relaxing and convenient. Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay in Playa del Carmen, combining comfort, great service, and an unbeatable beachfront location. Will be back in two weeks.
