This secluded guest house is located outside the village of Tulum, only a short cab ride of the beach. The property is surrounded by tropical gardens. The room was decorated to perfection with lots of charm and character, and plenty of space to spread out. My son loved swinging on the hammock in the middle of the room. The pool was just a few steps from our room and a beautiful little oasis surrounded by flowering trees. Breakfast was delicious and included local honey.

This hacienda-style hotel is located on Playa del Carmen's Fifth Avenue, one block from the beach. The hotel offers free Wi-Fi in every guest room. The breakfast patio was ideal place to meet and socialize with other guests.

The jungle type, nature vibe of the location is extremely relaxing and beautiful. All of the staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay at Suenos perfect.

Located on the coast of Xcalacoco Beach 10 minutes outside of Playa del Carmen, this luxury resort and spa situated in the tropical rainforest features a restaurant. Possibly one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Staff were absolutely incredible, nothing was too much trouble, everyone was so friendly and accommodating - I haven’t experience anything like it before. The pool at the hotel was so perfect we didn’t leave it, service to your sun bed, sunglasses cleaned etc - the list goes on! Breakfast was à la carte and absolutely amazing, big selection of different dishes, pastries, fruit etc. Well equipped, clean, gym (no need for reservation) The resort is eco friendly so very little plastic used - all water provided free in re-usable bottles or glass bottles in the room. Free drip/filter coffee in room. The rooms are absolutely stunning, spacious, comfy bed, gorgeous outdoor shower and the private heated pool is also a highlight. Mosquito repellent and plug in provided for rooms. Daily newspaper delivered each morning. Amazing quality Bose Bluetooth speaker in the room. They will organise taxi’s to go into playa del carmen for $15USD each way and the same taxi driver brings you back, so that felt very safe. Overall it wasn’t a snooty 5 star hotel, just incredibly friendly and relaxed.

We loved our beautiful ocean front room, the view and location were perfect. Also liked no TV's or phone in the room. The staff here was so friendly and welcoming. They were attentive and responsive to all our needs. The location of the hotel is perfect. It's a little on the quiet side but perfectly seated in the heart of all the action, there are many restaurants and beach clubs in walking distance. The beach is beautiful and flat in frontand the staff keeps it clean. Truly, the experience was wonderful and we can't thank the staff enough. Every. Single. One. Of. Them!

Attractively situated in the centre of Tulum, XscapeTulum features air-conditioned rooms, an outdoor swimming pool, free WiFi and a garden. This 4-star hotel offers a shared lounge and room service. Massive room with a lovely little kitchen and overlooking a beautiful pool. Staff were really helpful at check in and bicycles could be rented.

Featuring Mexican-style décor, Hotel Casa Colibri is a sea-front boutique hotel located in the heart of Playa del Carmen. Cosy place with many plants in the middel of the centrum, nice restaurant on the beach, delicious breakfast and coffee

Varsinkin kun huone vaihdettiin, viihdyimme tosi hyvin. Huoneen vaihto ei ollut hotellista riippuvista syistä, vaan mieheni jaloilla ei pääse portaita, joten vaihdettiin katutasolle. Ihana sisäpiha, paljon kasvillisuutta. Hotelli ihan rannalla, rauhallisella rannalla. Jos menen uudestaan pyydän huoneen 112.

Tämä pieni hotelli on Playa del Carmenin kuuluisalla La Quinta Avenidalla, joka tunnetaan myös nimellä Little Italy. Ana & front desk staff were friendly & very helpful.
