This secluded guest house is located outside the village of Tulum, only a short cab ride of the beach. The property is surrounded by tropical gardens. The pool (even though the weather was cold and we didnt swim). The cats and sweet dogs chickens and bees. Very friendly and helpful people.

The location was amazing, really quite and can enjoy the (private) Beach. We have enjoyed it that much and extended one more Day. Fantastic staff, attentive, kind and super helpful with itineraries and suggestions as well as immediately resolving and providing a room upgrade after my concern with the air con. Beautiful room interiors, gardens, pool and resto, we loved every moment of our stay.

This oceanfront hotel in Playa del Carmen is located directly on the beach, one block from the famous Fifth Avenue entertainment area. The hotel offers a 24-hour front desk and free Wi-Fi. The location is perfect, the staff always helpful, room is simple, but clean and comfy, breakfast the best I had in Mexico ;) Will come back again with my tourists. Worth its money and I would give it a four stars! Highly recommend it!
