Perfect location - shopping mall and restaurants nearby and - !!! the best quietest beach area - Playa Xamanha is nearby, with the clearest water we found in Playa del Carmen (and we walked along the coast a lot, from Playa Nube to Playacar).

This secluded guest house is located outside the village of Tulum, only a short cab ride of the beach. The property is surrounded by tropical gardens. The room was decorated to perfection with lots of charm and character, and plenty of space to spread out. My son loved swinging on the hammock in the middle of the room. The pool was just a few steps from our room and a beautiful little oasis surrounded by flowering trees. Breakfast was delicious and included local honey.

The lady serving me was really Helpful and supported me when ie as having an emotional day trying to find a quieter hotel. Recommend booking king room for quietest rooms

The room was spacious, nice, and clean, with a very comfortable bed, fast internet, and well-working A/C. I loved the view from my balcony and enjoyed swimming in the pool, perfect for cooling off. Overall, it was a great experience and excellent value for money. I’d definitely stay here again!
