This secluded guest house is located outside the village of Tulum, only a short cab ride of the beach. The property is surrounded by tropical gardens. Really welcoming and friendly people. A small hotel kept with love and lots of details. Beautiful lush garden, lots of privacy and all you need for the room and the pool. They kindly changed my dates, stored my bag, helped me with travel arrangements and useful tips around Tulum. Rooms are spacious, beds are good, showers hot. Coffee maker in the room and hot/cold water refill available. Really, a great choice!

This hacienda-style hotel is located on Playa del Carmen's Fifth Avenue, one block from the beach. The hotel offers free Wi-Fi in every guest room. Although the hotel is located on a very busy street—which, by the way, cannot be accessed by car—the soundproofing was excellent. The room was very beautiful, stylish, and well decorated. There is a cozy courtyard, and everything was clean and well maintained. The street itself is very noisy, but for a short stay and getting to know Playa del Carmen, it’s a perfect choice.

The hotel is gorgeous and a peaceful gem amongst the really busy Tulum. Great rooms with sea view and nice beach access incl lounge chairs and sun beds. We had a very relaxing and recharging week here. The staff is exceptionally friendly, personable and accommodating. They were incredible with recommendations for excursions and provided lots of help to prepare my proposal to my now fiancée. An unforgettable week at Sueños.

Beautiful and clean, spacious room, large bed, excellent aircon, location and breakfast. The receptionist was so kind and lovely. I don’t understand how it is only rated 8 on booking.

It was a big and clean room! Air conditioner was a little bit noisy but we manage. The stuff was very helpful to give us some tips and also let us leave our luggages. Possible to rent a bike or moto from the hotel directly. It is walkable from Adobus station. If you would like to go to beach area by collectivo bus you need to walk around 15-20 min.

Featuring Mexican-style décor, Hotel Casa Colibri is a sea-front boutique hotel located in the heart of Playa del Carmen. The hotel is beautiful and, in my opinion, the best one in Playa del Carmen. The premises, atmosphere, and beach club are magnificent. The staff are friendly and uphold a high standard of service. I definitely recommend choosing this hotel.
