This secluded guest house is located outside the village of Tulum, only a short cab ride of the beach. The property is surrounded by tropical gardens. The room was decorated to perfection with lots of charm and character, and plenty of space to spread out. My son loved swinging on the hammock in the middle of the room. The pool was just a few steps from our room and a beautiful little oasis surrounded by flowering trees. Breakfast was delicious and included local honey.

This hacienda-style hotel is located on Playa del Carmen's Fifth Avenue, one block from the beach. The hotel offers free Wi-Fi in every guest room. It was very centrally located, so noisy, but with earplugs manageable. Room was nice, bed comfortable, garden beautiful.

The location was amazing, really quite and can enjoy the (private) Beach. We have enjoyed it that much and extended one more Day. The staff are friendly and attentive, plus the breakfast was very good.

Dette hotellet i Tulum, som ligger godt til rette i en tropisk innramming, kun noen skritt fra stranden, er omgitt av et utvalg av aktiviteter. Absolutely stunning hotel, only 3 months old, design and decor was gorgeous. Beds super comfy, espresso coffee maker, beach towels. We ate here a few times and food was amazing.. All staff superhelpful and friendly. Always happy to help. Walking distance to plenty of shops, supermarket and arms. Beach and infinity pool was also great. Lovely sun loungers, and great coffee. Being next door to KANAN beach club was also cool, as could sit in our hotel beach beds listing to the DJ play until 6pm. Hammocks on beach. Drinks reasonable. Rooftop jacuzzi was a massive plus, and views whilst there were stunning. We thought being right in middle of all the big clubs would be too noisy, but it wasn't. Didn't effect us at all. We were sad to leave we absolutely loved this place. Collectivio vans 30 pesos to town or other sights right outside hotel. Walk over road and can book tours to cenotes etc.. A few paces walk to the big art structure place, with all the famous wicker statues. Opp Taco place.

The property’s location is superb! Right on the beach and just few meters away from 5th Avenue with all restaurants. Staff were super nice and at night there is always a guard at the reception. The breakfast was a la carte, and was very delicious! Wish there was a pool as for few days the sea wasnt accessible due to extreme algae.
