The place was super clean, nice and welcoming and the staff were lovely. Special thanks to Jess who helped with everything I needed and magda who was very nice.

This secluded guest house is located outside the village of Tulum, only a short cab ride of the beach. The property is surrounded by tropical gardens. The room was decorated to perfection with lots of charm and character, and plenty of space to spread out. My son loved swinging on the hammock in the middle of the room. The pool was just a few steps from our room and a beautiful little oasis surrounded by flowering trees. Breakfast was delicious and included local honey.

This hacienda-style hotel is located on Playa del Carmen's Fifth Avenue, one block from the beach. The hotel offers free Wi-Fi in every guest room. Very good location and beautiful traditional design with old charm. Room is spacious and bed comfortable. Friendly and helpful stuff.

Beautiful and peaceful Family owned property designed and landscaped with impeccable test. A wonderful retreat to unwind and relax. The beach is private and immaculate, the owners are adorable.

Located on the coast of Xcalacoco Beach 10 minutes outside of Playa del Carmen, this luxury resort and spa situated in the tropical rainforest features a restaurant. Possibly one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Staff were absolutely incredible, nothing was too much trouble, everyone was so friendly and accommodating - I haven’t experience anything like it before. The pool at the hotel was so perfect we didn’t leave it, service to your sun bed, sunglasses cleaned etc - the list goes on! Breakfast was à la carte and absolutely amazing, big selection of different dishes, pastries, fruit etc. Well equipped, clean, gym (no need for reservation) The resort is eco friendly so very little plastic used - all water provided free in re-usable bottles or glass bottles in the room. Free drip/filter coffee in room. The rooms are absolutely stunning, spacious, comfy bed, gorgeous outdoor shower and the private heated pool is also a highlight. Mosquito repellent and plug in provided for rooms. Daily newspaper delivered each morning. Amazing quality Bose Bluetooth speaker in the room. They will organise taxi’s to go into playa del carmen for $15USD each way and the same taxi driver brings you back, so that felt very safe. Overall it wasn’t a snooty 5 star hotel, just incredibly friendly and relaxed.

Nastanitev XscapeTulum z odlično lego v mestu Tulum nudi sobe s klimatsko napravo, zunanji bazen, brezplačen WiFi in vrt. Nastanitev nudi restavracijo, skupni prostor za druženje in bar. It was a big and clean room! Air conditioner was a little bit noisy but we manage. The stuff was very helpful to give us some tips and also let us leave our luggages. Possible to rent a bike or moto from the hotel directly. It is walkable from Adobus station. If you would like to go to beach area by collectivo bus you need to walk around 15-20 min.

Featuring Mexican-style décor, Hotel Casa Colibri is a sea-front boutique hotel located in the heart of Playa del Carmen. Beautiful hotel in excellent location. Breakfast are great too!

Obmorski Hotel Pelicano Inn stoji neposredno na plaži v letovišču Playa del Carmen, eno ulico od slovitega predela z zabavami Quinta Avenida (Peta avenija). We had a beautiful huge ocean view room. The garden view rooms also looked quite nice. The garden area was shady and pretty with many trees and sitting areas. Breakfast was a la carte with lots of choices and much better than having a buffet. The staff was exceptionally friendly and cheerful both in the restaurant and in the hotel. In January there were many beach chairs available at all times with lots of umbrellas. Beach and ocean were clean since there was a large machine clearing away the seaweed daily. Play del Carman is a very loud and busy place, but we didn't hear any of that noise in our room - it was a calm oasis. At the same time, if you wanted to experience the party vibe, the main street was only a block away. The main square of the town has lots of busker performances that are fun to see. Don't miss the twirling men on the high pole at 6 pm every night!

Manjši hotel Posada Mariposa Boutique se nahaja v mestu Playa del Carmen, na znameniti 5. aveniji, ki je poznana kot Mala Italija. Very pretty ,very clean. Stay at the Suite ; very nice set up and spacious. Love the location. Right at the middle of 5 th Ave , with restaurants and shopping super close. Couple of streets down access to the beach .
