The area around is beautiful and for adventurous travelers it is the perfect place to stay as the hotel helps arrange all kinds of activities for you like a trip to bako national park or the orangutang nature reserve. It was perfect in December as the hotel was quiet and the weather was nice.

Pan Borneo Hotel Kota Kinabalu is your gateway to a luxurious and family-friendly staycation, just 5 minutes from Kota Kinabalu International Airport. It was easily within distance of the airport. Rooms were large…toiletries and water were included.

Boasting 4 dining options and an outdoor swimming pool, Horizon Hotel is located in Kota Kinabalu. The property is a 5-minute walk to Gaya Street and offers elegant, air-conditioned guest rooms . Horizon was lovely. Very well located in the centre of town, close to the shops and bars. The room was big and very clean, with a bath and nice view. I like the buffet breakfast and the late check out time.

The staff are super friendly. They are always helping and smiling. I really like the way they treat theguest. Housekeeping is coming daily to clean the room. The pool is clean and towels are available. Breakfast is good And very clean place.

Situated amidst abundant greenery, Sepilok Nature Lodge - Formerly known as Sepilok Nature Resort is a haven for nature lovers. The location is right next to the Sepilok Orang Utan rehabilitation center, so couldn't be better if you have come to Borneo to see Orang Utans. The lodge is beautifully constructed from timber and surrounds a pond. There are many large trees and tropical plants throughout the premises. The food at the restaurant was excellent, especially the pizzas.The bedroom was very spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable. Nice tea and coffee provided in the rooms with a kettle. There was also a bathtub in our bathroom.
