La situació és molt bona. Es troba situat a la plaça, davant hi ha un centre comercial i el mercat també està molt a prop. Hi ha varis llocs per menjar davant de la platja i foodtrucks. L'habitació és correcta i està molt neta. L'esmorzar és complet i bo, hi ha molta varietat.

L'esmorzar gratis tenia molta varietat d'opcions, i l'habitació estava ben equipada i neta (encara que sense finestra). Per la zona hi havia molts restaurants i el transport des de l'hotel fins als llocs emblemàtics de Sandakan era molt assequible (es troba a meitat de camí entre Sandakan i el SORC).
