Great hosts. The parking was covered, the views from the balcony were priceless. We love to travel. We have stayed in many hotels. But the lady Carolina who cleaned our room was super amazing. We had a baby with us and the room was almost always messy. She took extra initiative and folded our laundry, cleaned our room thoroughly and made the bed. We were very much surprised and happy. Thank you for the service. The food at breakfast was totally organic. The reception ladies were always helpful. The location is very central and you get everything (including a cheap self service laundry) near the hotel. The bus no 21 leaves just seconds walk away from the hotel door. Everything was super smooth.

This hotel is 3 minutes’ walk from Oslo’s main shopping street, Karl Johans Gate. It offers free WiFi and bright rooms with a smart TV and heated bathroom floors. The staff really made this stay enjoyable for me. Literally everyone I encountered, from the front desk to the breakfast area, were super kind and helpful. My toddler locked himself in the bathroom at one point and the front desk man was there in no time to help me. Everyone in the breakfast room was amazing, especially the woman from Poland (I'm sorry, I forgot everyone's name) who explained the brown cheese to me. Just so welcoming! Everyone was really friendly and I can't emphasize enough how delighted I am with the people in this hotel. Perfect location, comfortable room.
