The staff here are lovely and very helpful! The room was clean and the breakfast was amazing. It was kind of them to bring a delicious breakfast to our room, organize our driver, and also they have tea in the common area to help with altitude sickness which was very thoughtful (and helpful!). We had a great stay and cannot fault it at all. Large bathroom, comfy bed, we loved it and would stay again.
