Loved everything! Location great, just a 10min walk to the plaza de Armas, near cathedral, near really good restaurants, near shops, staff was excellent, very clean and spacious rooms and bathroom!

Tastefully decorated rooms can be enjoyed just 100 metres from Cusco’s main square. There is a shaded terrace with views of the hill and chic common areas with modern décor. Wi-Fi is free.

I have no words to describe what our experience at this hotel was like. I traveled with my mom for four nights, and we had the best experience of our lives. The place is beautiful and perfectly located. From the moment you arrive, everyone greets you kindly with a big smile. The room had an oxygen system to help with acclimatization, which was very thoughtful. My mom experienced altitude sickness, and when we called the reception, they immediately sent a paramedic who provided outstanding care. When it was time to leave, my mom literally cried out of emotion. We will definitely come back.

This was our second time to go to this hotel. I like so much the rooms, the huge common spaces and the wellness. The coffee machine in the room is a real extra. We traveld to Machu Picchu with the train (from the hotel’s train station) - it’s very comfy.

We really enjoyed this beautiful hotel. We had a beautiful colonial style room with very comfortable beds. The hotel grounds are also very beautifully organized. The breakfast was delicious, we even ate local exotic fruits. The hotel staff is beyond praise. We were very helped during 4 days by the manager Marina Romero in organizing many of our requests. We especially enjoyed the massages done by Yuddina and Kristina in the spa salon. They are incredibly talented masseuses! A huge thank you to them for the fact that we received true relaxation after a busy active day. We recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to spend a luxurious time in Sacred Valley.

The room had an amazing view overlooking the river. The hotel was very close to the train station so we were able to walk there easily from the train station and back . The hotel happily stored our luggage until our rooms were ready. Breakfast had a great variety and the view overlooked the river.
