We also got a welcome drink as a surprise and all staff were most welcoming and helpful.

The hotel has a year-round outdoor pool and hot tub, and guests can enjoy a meal at the restaurant or a drink at the bar. Perfect location in the centre of Funchal, but very quiet surroundings. Wonderful breakfast with plenty of fresh food, also made on request. A lot of local fresh fruits. Extremely helpful personnel. Goncalo recommended us several places to eat and enjoy Funchal - all of them were just great for us. Well equipped spa. We also had a massage in the hotel. Good bar on the ground floor. We did not have time to enjoy the pool bar on the roof. We made a reservation for 2 nights, but finally we have stayed 7 nights. Unforgettable stay.

Apartments feature a living area with a kitchenette. The staff was amazing. Our room was clean and had everything what we needed. Breakfast was very good with a lot of options for vegetarians and vegans too.

Free WiFi and free covered private parking are available. Location is close enough to walk to restaurants & the centre but far enough to be away from it all. Breakfast out on the veranda was plentiful, tasty, with a beautiful view. The staff, especially Nuno were 1st class.
