We also ordered a massage (standard quality) and ate at a Japanese restaurant (longer wait, but good food). Wifi without problems.

The location of the hotel was fabulous brilliant views of the sea and the staff were so friendly and very helpful when we had to stay an extra night as our plane home was cancelled! The hotel also provided a very good complimentary mini bus service to the start and finish of various walks and to Funchal and to the airport. Thoroughly recommend the hotel and place!

The hotel offers great views of the surrounding area, and I enjoyed relaxing by the small but cozy pool. Overall, the facilities and services were good, making it a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay in Madeira.

Where do I start? Amazing property and lovely stuff. The garden is so nice, the room is spacious and the view is amazing. Having the breakfast outside on the small terrace was outstanding. The breakfast itself was great, however, I would like to express my gratitude to the staff who were very kind. Location is also very good, a nice 10-15 min walk into centre of town. Definitely one of the best places I have ever stayed! After staying here, I will consider long and hard giving another place a 10 :-)

The location is breathtaking, and all the shared facilities are the best: the pull, the Jacuzzies, all the sitting spots, it seems that every inch in this place got attention in design. The rooms are big and comfy. We stayed in a room with a direct spot to the sunset and it was beautiful. The breakfast is very good, but above all the host is the nicest man. He take care for everythink that we asked and gave us his number in the days he weren’t there to tell him if something is wrong. This was the perfect place!
