An amazing location right on the pedestrian street in old town and walking distance to Mt Tampa Cable car, Black Church, city walls and Christmas markets. Breakfast options were filling and delicious and bistro and reception staff very attentive to any requests.

The room and the bathroom were spacious and did not feel squeezed in. The staff members were very polite and ready to assist as necessary. The hotel was close to the train station and to the mall. The mall was in 10 minutes walking distance.

This is the first location ever where the pictures does not really show how beautiful it is here. The rooms and the entire facilities look way better than in the pictures. The host is friendly and always ready to help. The staff is professional and also very warm and friendly. The view... I don't have words to describe how beautiful it is. We were here for a week with our 3 year old and our beagle. The room was perfect for us and really clean. The playground is big and the staff also offered us additional toys for the kiddo to use while we were eating or enjoying a coffee. We wanted a vacation where we can switch off from work and the noise of the big city. We got that and so much more.
