Best I have stayed in anywhere in a long time. Next to a cute coffee shop (Mug Cafe) and walking distance to a lot of restaurants and stores. 7-11 around the corner for essentials.

The villa is a hundred year old house - very atmospheric. It’s located a walking distance from the main tourist sights (temples, Grand palace and the museums). The breakfast was excellent, they can arrange airport transfers or sightseeing day trips. The WiFi was also good. Everyone is very kind and goes out of their way to help you. I also liked the area as it had some grit and provided an authentic experience.

Excellent hotel, we liked everything about it. We only stayed one night. It is positioned in a quiet area but walking distance to the malls, terminal 21 and the soi. We left early to the airport and they prepared us a breakfast package to go. Very attentive and great customer service.

The location was perfect for our departure to aonan mao pier. The room with the private pool was everything !

The location was absolutely outstanding—right next to the river and just steps from the river taxi pier, which made getting around Bangkok incredibly easy. I used the river taxi to reach IconSiam and Chinatown. Behind the hotel, there’s a large local market with plenty of authentic street food—great variety at decent prices. The real highlight was the reception staff. They were exceptionally helpful and welcoming, going above and beyond to assist with directions, transport tips, and local recommendations. Highly recommended for anyone looking to visit Bangkok.lI’d definitely stay here again.
