Just a five minute walk to the ferry to Martha's Vineyard Island Queen Ferry, this motel features an outdoor pool. The motel is just a 5-min leisurely stroll to the beach and for those who prefer a pool - it's right there. The Black Dog cafe - right next to Motel - offers a great choice of breakfast and for those who want refreshing cocktails, a beer and a nice meal - go for "The Shipwrecked" right at the beach. Everything is conveniently located and to be reached on foot, including the ferry to Martha's Vineyard. I can highly recommend this place. There is free coffee at the reception between 8 and 10am! Us and our children wished we would have stayed longer.

This Cape Cod hotel is 850 metres away from Hyannis Harbor. The hotel offers an indoor pool with a hot tub. There is an outdoor pool which is open July and August. This is out third time staying in this great place on our holiday from the UK. It s location is perfect to see the Cape, close to the ferries for Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket and bang in the middle of the coast allowing you to access all the pretty towns effortlessly. Beds are unreal, so comfy, sparkling clean and spacious. Breakfast is continental and ample. The chaps on the desk are all first class hosts and extremely knowledgeable about Cape Cod, nothing is too much trouble. Another fantastic stay, loved it. Thanks for having us!

At Heart of It All! Lotus Provincetown is located in the center of town, just steps from where the ferry lands on the picturesque wharf filled with charming boats and tiny seaside shops. We loved everything about this property! Upon entering we noticed how the cleanliness of the halls, appreciated the amenities, coffee, water, microwave, and mini fridge. our room, albeit just a bed, was quaint and comfortable. Our first experience with a shared bathroom was not disappointing, was clean and very well kept by our shared users. The location was perfect, right in the middle of Commerce, this made it easy to walk everywhere and still be close to our B&B. this was my first trip to P Town, and look foreword to returning to and, and The Lotus.
