Everything is conveniently located and to be reached on foot, including the ferry to Martha's Vineyard. I can highly recommend this place. There is free coffee at the reception between 8 and 10am! Us and our children wished we would have stayed longer.

Located 4 minutes’ drive from Herring Cove Beach on the Cape Cod National Seashore, this resort is 5 minutes’ walk to Providencetown city centre. The property is pristine and the decor is beautiful both inside common areas, guest rooms and the outdoor gathering spaces. Staff and management was exceptional. The breakfast was delicious and the staff there were also welcoming and warm. Great location, walking distance to cafes, bars, restaurants and shops.

At Heart of It All! Lotus Provincetown is located in the center of town, just steps from where the ferry lands on the picturesque wharf filled with charming boats and tiny seaside shops. We loved everything about this property! Upon entering we noticed how the cleanliness of the halls, appreciated the amenities, coffee, water, microwave, and mini fridge. our room, albeit just a bed, was quaint and comfortable. Our first experience with a shared bathroom was not disappointing, was clean and very well kept by our shared users. The location was perfect, right in the middle of Commerce, this made it easy to walk everywhere and still be close to our B&B. this was my first trip to P Town, and look foreword to returning to and, and The Lotus.
