The service and staff are always exceptional. They are the main reason to go to this hotel. It's also spotlessly clean and the rooms are large (check out the freakishly large showers!). We've tried other upscale hotels on the Plaza, but this is the best!

A bold attempt at recreating ' Ye Olde England" with some fascinating furnishings and literary themed rooms. Without doubt the jewel is the snuggest, cosiest bar west of Cornwall, which is only missing Dick Turpin entering in a tricorn hat and demanding "your money or your life". Definitely worth a detour, whether staying at the hotel or not!
