We got free upgrade to a room with hot tub. Room was so spacious, clean and full of supplies. Breakfast in bed was simply amazing. Staff is so polite. Free coffee is always a bonus.

The host also picked us up and dropped us off at Buffalo airport for a fee which turned out to be very convenient for us, we didn’t have to worry about transport across the border. The location is perfect: close to all the main attractions, yet just far enough from the noise and bustle to enjoy peace and quiet in such a popular tourist destination. Helena, the gracious host, was wonderful—warm, welcoming, and full of excellent tips and insights for our trip. This place was the highlight of our vacation, and I would be delighted to return in the future. A rare treasure and a once-in-a-lifetime experience!

This bed and breakfast features free private parking and luggage storage space. The bed and breakfast has private entrance. Very nice spacious apartment in a good location. Walkable to the falls in about 20 mins yet nicely away from the very busy areas. Queen St a 7/8 min walk has bar/restaurant options. Great breakfast provided by the friendly host.
