A szállás jó, nagyon kedves a személyzet. Az ágyak sajnos nem voltak kényelmesek. A hallban van ingyenesen tisztított víz plusz kávé. Plusz díj ellenében a check-out 13h-ra módosítható, illetve van mód korai check-in-re is szintén felár ellenében. A tetőn lévő fürdőkádak ötletesek.

A városközpontban elhelyezkedő Hotel Belgica szálláshelyétől mindössze 1 km-re található a Ponce Művészeti Múzeum épülete. A szálloda minden nap kontinentális reggelit kínál.
