The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was fabulous - this hotel is part of the island entertainment and shopping area. Our riverview room was quiet with a restful balcony over the river. This Pigeon Forge Econo Lodge is nestled next to Little Pigeon River and is 6.4 km from Dollywood and Dollywood Splash Country. I have been coming to this hotel since back in the 90’s! I wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

At arrival, we received a complimentary breakfast for the following morning as well as a room upgrade to a corner suite. All without asking. The front staff also offered to help with restaurant recommendations as well as making reservations. Very clean room and we had housekeeping come twice a day. The breakfast was nice and we enjoyed great service in the restaurant.
