Everything! Aesthetically it was beautiful! They had many activities and inclusions, including piano carols in the foyer and movie night with popcorn. The breakfast was delicious and the alphorn a real treat. Staff were very nice.

The staff and service were amazing, special thanks to Jackson, Carrera and Lauren who were the epitome of customer service and front desk. The location is excellent, a short walk from many tourist attractions including Space Neelde, MoPop and Chihuly gardens, all worth a visit especially with the CityPass. The bed was pretty good too. The hotel bar was friendly and a nice place to wind down for a couple of hours after a long day out. Yes! I would stay here again.

Great location, amazing view, nice helpfull staff My car battery died , reception and general manager( i did not ask his name) helped me take care of it , i would defenietly stay here again

Comfortable, peaceful lodge environment rather than a busy hotel,, convenient shuttle to and from airport. All staff (shuttle, reception, bar) excellent. Enjoyed a meal and drink in the bar and complimentary snacks were great.
