As always, Kempinski’s attitude toward its guests is on top! Once again, we had a pleasant short stay at this hotel. From the very first moments, you feel that you were expected and given the utmost attention: our luggage was taken care of as soon as we stepped out of the taxi, we were checked in early and checked out late without any additional charges. All of this was done effortlessly, with a smile, and with the utmost respect. A huge thank you for your attention to the details – especially for your excellent ginger tea. It was a delightful touch! The service in the lounge was outstanding. Many thanks to your entire team! The room was excellent, with a great view, a fantastic bathroom, and a magnificent bed that ensured a perfect night’s sleep and relaxation. The taxi arranged by the hotel was premium-class at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return!

This is my first 10 rated review Literally this hotel is amazing in every single way. Every single employee was amazing and hospitable. The butler, the bell boys, receptionists, life guards, bar tenders, servers. Every single one of them. I paid a large sum of money but I truly found that value in their service and product.
