It was a great stay. Staff was really friendly. Even though we had an issue from the beginning, they solved it by changing our room to a better one and offering us breakfast. We appreciate that. :)

High comfortable mattress. Coffee and tea upon arrival. Kettle. Capsule coffee maker. Electric stove. Refrigerator. All necessary utensils are provided. Nice mirror at the entrance. Additional magnifying mirror in the bathroom. I am delighted. Convenient entrance with code lock. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Location of the hotel is quite good, its' about 10-15 minutes on foot to metro Ober St. Veit or you can go by bus that stops in front of the hotel, there only 1 stop to the metro Ober St. Veit, also you can come from metro Ober St. Veit to the hotel by bus, bus stops in front of the metro and the second stop is next to the hotel. Personal is very good, they do everything to help guests, we left the luggage for the whole day at the hotel before departure without any extra fee.

The former guesthouse of Emperor Francis Joseph, this hotel is within a 10-minute walk of Schönbrunn Palace and the Vienna Zoo.

This is a little gem we had a one bedroom apartment with access to a lovely garden. Lots of old world charm. Although this is out of the city the area is beautiful with parks and plenty to see, Schonbrunn Schloss and Klimt House close by. Also the train is an easy walk and easy to navigate, only 15mins to the city.

Location is 15min easy walk from Schonbrunn. Quiet and tranquil place for resting. The receptionist was very helpful and explained how and where to park for free on saturday and sunday. He was very polite and explained everything in detail. It was clean and had everything necessary for a pleasant stay.
