The Hotel was near Schonbrunn and zoo

Everything was very good! I arrived earlier to drop off my luggage, but the staff was so accommodating that they found a way to accommodate me right away. The room is spacious, well equipped (coffee machine, kettle, fridge, coffee, tea). Bathroom is comfortable, everything worked perfectly, clean. Tram stop next door. At night I went to concert in Schoenbrunn Palace. It was nearby. Thank you!

Comfy beds, superb breakfast, friendly staff

AMAZING design with very much attention to detail, comfy beds and qualitative down pillows. Nice amenities by Grown Alchemist, cool vibe, great breakfast quality with lot of choices. Kind staff. Location is also convenient to reach the airport easily and move around Vienna (the Ubahn station is just in front of the building). I will definitely come back!

That It was next to the train station and metro lines.

It was my birthday during my stay and the stuff was very nice, they brought a card and some fruit and chocolates. We did not have breakfast included but the Schlosscafe downstairs offers a very good breakfast for a very good price.

The staff were really outstanding. Such helpful and attentive people that work there. The room was beautiful and super comfortable. Everyone made us feel welcome. We also really appreciated the early check in. Made our day so much easier! :)

It's absolutely amazing location, close to Zoo, short walk to fantastic Schonbrunn Palace and soo beautiful Park. 50 metres from metro station,easy to go for Opera and central attractions 15 min by metro.Very friendly staff,nice continental breakfast. High recommended!

It has been one of the best stays after around 100 hotel&hostels. Communication is smooth, super sweet staff, clean room, and if you were also wondering how the balcony looks like: no worries, it is big with two chairs, so great place to eat breakfast. The location is perfect, we walked to the free Schonbrunn garden several times as it is only 5min away. Super easy to get to other places with U4. Plenty of place to eat just over the street

The place has a truly Central European, familiar, and welcoming atmosphere. The interior is not modern or sterile, but rather warm and lived-in, which adds to its charm. The staff were exceptionally friendly. There is a small bakery and a playground nearby, which can be very convenient when traveling with children. The breakfast was enjoyable, and the restaurant is also an excellent option for dinner. Although it takes a bit of time to reach the city center, the journey offers a glimpse into the less touristy, more affluent parts of the city.

The location was really good, public transport easily accessible. Contactless check-in also really handy and simple. Cozy interior and grocery shops are near.

Stuff were very accommodating especially the guy who helped us during our checked in, he was a color guy with a very slow pace voice and professional, we can really understand him and he was very helpful throughout our stay when he was there.

The staff was very kind. The location of the hotel is wonderful - close to public transport stops.

Clean, good breakfast, close to metro!

We had a lovely stay in this small but super well-equipped apartment in Vienna. Even though the space is compact, it feels airy, cozy, and has everything you could possibly need — including great heating and plenty of hot water. The host was amazing and replied to every message very quickly, which made everything even easier. The location is perfect: just a short walk from two metro stations, and right across the street there’s a market where you can grab water, snacks, or anything else you might need. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, which was super convenient. Overall, a really cute and comfortable place to stay. We loved it! 💛✨

Very close to the underground, extremely helpful staff and owners/managers. Spacious room with all amenities needed.
