Everything about it. The staff was great. The location perfect, breakfast was wonderful. And it was in the First district, so easy to get to other parts of it. And it was across the water to 2nd district where we discovered mavy things we hadn't found before.

The location was just perfect, the Opera, Museums, lovely cafes and shopping areas. Very ideal location for first time tourists. The hotel staff were also amazing. Big thank you to Elvis and Nicole who took really good care of us during breakfast. The breakfast buffet display were exceptional so was their service. Made our stay memorable.

We came to see the xmas markets and explore the city in November 2026. The location of the aparthotel was fantastic. Close to Stephensplaztz and the opera and the subway. It was superconvenient to get to other parts of the city. The neighborhood was great with tons of excellent restaurants around. There was a supermarket really close by as well as a pharmacy. There were a lot of boutique shops around for all sorts of things from clothing to jewelry to home items. The aparthotel itself was great. We didn't use the breakfast option so I cannot comment about that. The room was large, clean, and had plenty of storage. They cleaned the room daily. The staff were wonderful - very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place very highly.
