The apartment was lovely! It’s a 5 min walk from cute cafes and a teleférico station. It’s very safe. The cooking facilities are great, the apartment is cute and comfortable, the bathroom is great. The in room laundry was also super clutch and there was even some detergent for use!

La Casa de Teresita is a tranquil retreat with a lovely garden in a nice neighborhood of La Paz. The view from the gardens over the city and mountains in the background is amazing! It is so peaceful there, and everyone is so kind, helpful, and friendly. The tour of the main house is really neat to see all of the history of Bolivia and the family who owns the house.
It is easy to step out the door to grab a taxi and go 10 minutes to the historic center, or just stay and enjoy the grounds and the neighborhood it is in. There are plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from all within a 10 minute stroll.
The breakfast is tasty, the shower is strong and hot, the beds are comfortable, and the rooms are large with plenty of counter space and closet space to keep things organized. We loved our stay here and look forward to another visit!

They have luggage storage and laundry service!
The hot water has a schedule (but I never had a problem with it) and the hoy water is great.
