One of my favourite hotels. Beautiful and modern with lovely spacious, well appointed rooms. Large modern bathrooms with amazing showers. Large extra comfortable bed. Nice restaurant on site. Very convenient for city centre, shopping and nightlife. Great value for money considering it is five star and has a city centre location

Easy and flexible check in,the staff were very friendly and efficient.The room was modern, very well kept.Very comfortable beds.Nice and clean bathroom.We felt very comfortable.Despite of being in the airport and being such light sleepers, we didn’t hear any noise.We ate in the restaurant in the evening, small menu but very delicious fish and chips and reasonably priced.We will go back again without hesitation.

Being an airport hotel, you can't really fault the location :) We were somewhat jetlagged, so it was great to be 'upgraded' to a room with a better view over the airport and Calgary downtown sunset. Being an airport hotel there aren't any overt frills, but the room itself was a good size, the wifi worked well, all facilities are on the doorstep, so all good. The hotel staff were professional and friendly, and the lobby restaurant staff were super - they looked after us well and we even came away with some tips for our visit - would stay here again for sure!

The host was extremely nice, she welcomed us in a warm way, although our flight was delayed and we came after check-in hours, we came just at 2 am at night, but she waited for us, that was super nice and we are very thankfull for it 😉 the bed was big and comfortable, shower was clean and had all required stuff, we had like the whole apartment in a half-basement, there was a kitchen with dining table and the host left us nice things like water, sweets, snacks and tea/coffee (didn’t expect it, therefore it was a nice surprise), overall - much recommended place to stay in a nice area 😉 As we left with a bus from Westbrook station, the location was perfect for us - just 5min by foot.
