Easy and flexible check in,the staff were very friendly and efficient.The room was modern, very well kept.Very comfortable beds.Nice and clean bathroom.We felt very comfortable.Despite of being in the airport and being such light sleepers, we didn’t hear any noise.We ate in the restaurant in the evening, small menu but very delicious fish and chips and reasonably priced.We will go back again without hesitation.

Everything was awesome! The staff was outstanding and so helpful. They gave us an early check in with super short notice. The room with clean and came with everything we needed. The pool. Oh the pool! Best hotel pool Iv ever stayed at. So much fun. I love the consideration they took to create a splash pool for little kids unlike most pools that are deep the whole way through. 10/10. Cant wait to come back!

This is an excellent stay. Waking up to the the stunning views of moraine lake is something else. Also the tour buses stop attending the lake after 6pm so you have the lake to yourself in the evening which feels specials. Not to mention and the included extras and staff service which makes the stay feel like a luxury villa.

Really good facilities. Lovely games room with complimentary coffee/tea. Two fire pits, hot tub. Kind staff. Room was comfortable and had a fridge and basic cooking tools. Surprisingly fancy shampoo/soap in the bathroom! A very nice stay overall and good value, highly recommended!

This was one of our best stays in Canada! You could have easily stayed in the beautiful heritage cottage for a week! Our dinner at the restaurant on site was extremely tasty, affordable and the staff were extremely welcoming. Would recommend to anyone!

It was a super nice trip only because I had friends in the...

It was a super nice trip only because I had friends in the area who helped me get around. But overall, the downtown was super nice and transportation was very accessible and cheap. I recommend going to the Calgary Tower. It's a little pricey but it's definitely a tourist spot.

We visit the Canadian Rockies for both sentimental reasons and the new friends we have made during previous visits and stays at Lake O'Hara. Some of the new fiends live in Canmore, and, since we drive from Chicago, Canmore is a good jumping off point for our drive home. We fell in love with the Malcolm after a visit to the hotel with our local friends. They like it also because we dine with them right in Sterling Restaurant! We all like the food!

Definitely a trip to experience as it is nature at its best...

Definitely a trip to experience as it is nature at its best with wildlife like bears you actually see in the wild. The glacier lakes are a sight to behold and the mountains are gorgeous. A trip to remember but it is costly overall.

We were there only one nite, unfortunately. We really enjoyed dinner @ the Mad Grizzly & the Raven Bistro looked really yummy, but they were booked. Both on the 600 block of Patricia St. Reviews looked positive on both places. Lots of interesting looking shops on Patricia & Conaught Sts. Jasper has a cool vibe with a lot of beautiful flowers displayed in large planters & hanging baskets. Very clean.

Lake Louise itself is beautiful. Parking is a real problem. We found Lake Moraine prettier. However, you have to book and pay for a shuttle to get you there. There isn’t really a downtown area. Just a very small square of shops. Enjoyed a good dinner at the Outpost at the Post Hotel.

Hinton Alberta is a community of 9000 people at the foothills of the Canadian Rockies. Although small, there is a flourishing arts community there and friendliness typical of many small towns making the visit to Hinton something not to be missed by those heading west whether to Jasper or beyond

The main purpose of our visit was to meet up with my uncle whom I had not seen for about 20 years. So little time was spent going around Edmonton. We did however, enjoy the West Edmonton shopping mall which was across the road from our hotel. We shopped and ate in the food court, which offered meals from Afghanistan to China and Japan, not forgetting Nigeria. There was an Ice rink, a water feature with a huge Galleon, a Seal performance and a fairground. There was something for everyone. It was awesome!

I have stayed at River Crossing before and found that it has improved its facilities and the comfort of its rooms. We had an evening meal and breakfast in the restaurant, both delicious. There was a buffet type option and table service version of food on the evening. Breakfast was buffet with a good variety of choices. There is also a cafe, an ice cream bar, a shop, gas station and pub all on site. We also found out later that the pub serves food too which smelt appetising, and again very friendly staff. Everything is easy walking distance on site or can be driven around if wanted. Reception is incredibly helpful and gives ideas and advice on tourist destinations.

Calgary is a beautiful city.

Calgary is a beautiful city. There are several parks with wonderful walking paths that are dog friendly. The downtown has easy access with its ctrain and bus service. Parking can be difficult but there are designated places with easy pay options. The area is very Western Orientated and is known for its Stampede Celebration. Along with its rodeo complex the city holds a beautuful equistarian grounds. Plenty of great food and several bars to explore. No time to be bored. The surrounding areas of the city are filled with lakes mountains in the distance and fantastic gardens.

Now that I'm more familiar with the area around Banff, I...

Now that I'm more familiar with the area around Banff, I would strongly recommend Canmore over any of the other locales, particularly the town of Banff. Much prettier place to spend down time. Much more friendly locals who are more than willing to assist with information to make stay more pleasant. Enough shopping places and eateries within less than 10 minutes of drive. Parking areas mostly free and available. Makes for an extremely pleasant stay.
