The front desk agent and housekeeping staff were excellent

The room was very clean and quiet. The breakfasts were excellent, and the whole place felt very comfortable and cozy. The staff was very polite and friendly. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

I stayed for one night and totally enjoyed it . The property is very clean , tidy and nice . The receptionist was very professional and check- in passed very fast . Thank you . I will definitely come back again .

My stay at Comfort Inn & Suites Edmonton was truly enjoyable, with clean and spacious rooms that offered both comfort and a relaxing atmosphere after a long day of travel. The staff were warm, professional, and always ready to help, while the complimentary breakfast added great value to the overall experience. I especially liked the comfortable beds and the peaceful atmosphere, which made it easy to rest well throughout my stay. The fast Wi-Fi and made the visit even more stress-free as it made my communication with family and friends back home stress-free. Its convenient location, quiet environment, and excellent amenities made it a wonderful place to stay, and I would gladly return again.

I just wanted to say a massive thank you to your team in Edmonton. People are always what makes the difference to service, and this hotel has some of the best people. Everyone was authentically genuine, caring and thoughtful, something that money can't teach. I stay at a lot of hotels for work, and this hotel was one of the best for service. I would like to say a massive thank you to Saloni on reception who made our stay the best it could be, and Buddhika and Jenny in the restaurant, both of whom could not have done more for us! There was another lady on reception when we checked out as well who was really nice, but I didn't catch her name. Plus the food and rooms were great!
