We received an upgrade upon arrival. The room had a balcony with a barbecue and a spectacular view of the surrounding mountains. We also loved that there was a washing machine and a tumble dryer in the room. I would always book this Hotel again.

Over the last 26 years of traveling to Canmore and Banff we...

Over the last 26 years of traveling to Canmore and Banff we have noted the extremely active growth in Canmore. While we understand the need for accomodations, it seems to be overwhelming at times. Prefer the early Fall days when things are a bit less crowded. Never the less who could not enjoy the beauty of the mountains, lakes, rivers, canyons and the very kind people. Take the opportunity to go up the old highway 93 to Lake Louise, it will put you into a serene piece of mind.

Cute town that would have let me relax were it not for a work trip this time. Cruise downtown, get out into the sun, and venture out into the surrounding nature: rivers, glaciers, hills, and mountains.

When we last visited Canmore in 2015, it was a good...

When we last visited Canmore in 2015, it was a good alternative to staying in Banff which is more expensive and a lot busier, and I fell in love with its location. Since then though, a lot more holiday and residential accommodation has been built and the quiet, small town vibe has been lost and it is more like a busy mid-sized town where demand for parking, tables in restaurants and even pavement space is a battle. The view of the mountains is still glorious though but it is no longer the place that I would love to live if I could.

The views were amazing.

The views were amazing. We had the time of our lives and Canmore exceeded our expectations. Canmore has everything you need. The town was pretty. The bus service was prompt and convenient. Can’t wait to visit again.

Beautiful town!

Beautiful town! Has all the amenities of a big city, but incredible location. Felt safe. Walked a lot. All the benefits of Banff without the price. Same room in Banff would be double. Takes 15min to drive to Banff. Has it's own gems to discover.

Canmore was a charming and peaceful town.

Canmore was a charming and peaceful town. It was easy to get around, and there were just the right number of visitors. It felt much less crowded than Banff while still offering everything you need, making it a great place to stay and explore the area.

The location of the hotel was ideal on the edge of Canmore. Picturesque surroundings, with Banff close by. The decor at the lodge was rustic with many interesting features. Nice waterfall feature down the wall in the reception as well as stone floor. Very comfortable bedroom and bathroom. Reception staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Out of all the hostels I’ve stayed in on this Canada trip, this one has been my favourite. The staff are friendly and accomodating. Rooms are spacious with each bed providing a privacy curtain, light, storage, and power points. Toilet and shower within the room was convenient. Hostel was quiet and centrally located.

Canmore lovely town with a lot of charm - worth visiting and a good alternative to Banff. The condo itself was well stocked, with all the appliances, netflix and also passes available to visit the parks (nice bonus). Communication clear with the host/professional services team

There's not much to like here. You would expect a better hotel after paying $300+ After being in Canmore and Banff hotels for more than 10 times, this one was very disappointing.
