The front employees are willing to help and chat. Thanks for the lovely lady and kind driver took me to bagel shop. Five stars accommodation and service. I stayed in room 105:) A bit noisy when there’s happy hour at night but it didn’t bother me at all. I still had a very comfortable and happy experience there. Thank you so much:)

Hotel was cute, clean, and comfortable! Staff was excellent and helpful when we needed an early breakfast before our hike the next day. Breakfast was a nice little snack basket with some fresh fruit too! Just a 5-10 min walk from the town centre. Lovely experience and would go back in a heartbeat.

Too busy, this in the middle of the week in June, traffic congestion, paid parking EVERYWHERE. Constantly on watch for pedestrians and cyclists, overcrowded, way too expensive for most everything. Some intersections really need traffic lights especially on Railway Avenue.

Canmore is wonderful.

Canmore is wonderful. Great places to eat, beautiful river to fish. Loads of amenities and plenty to do. Everyone we met were so friendly and helpful I love where I live, but if you made me move somewhere it would have to be Canmore. Very special place when let yourself get involved.

Canmore is a great small community to visit, stay and eat, great place to stop if you are travelling on your way west towards banff or lake louise, worth a one night visit or long term if you need a home base to venture out to other areas close by

We love the close proximity from Calgary, and it’s a short drive to Banff. Canmore has lots of great restaurants and things to do. The downtown has lots of neat shops, and in walking distance from most hotels. Very clean and the people are friendly.

Noisy neighbours in 108A until dawn, loud singing banging cupboards and dishes. We thought it would eventually end but didn’t. Asked for a refund at check out. Never even received a phone call from management regarding the issue. Disappointed, expected more professionalism.

We're not big on eating out a lot, so having access to a microwave so we can warm up food that we like ,when it suits us is a big plus. The spacious rooms mean we can spend time visiting with family that we meet there after being out hiking and exploring. Every aspect of the place is well thought out.

Really good location. Easy access to Canmore Shops and a short walk to the main town. Lovely hotel with a lovely outdoor area. Really friendly staff who couldn’t do enough for you especially Dan on the front desk and Hunter ,Tea and Mira in the restaurant/ bar.

Great facilities and rooms. I stayed in 3 hotels while in Canmore and Banff, two of the others are popular in Banff and all I can say is that we should’ve stayed in Falcon Crest for our whole stay and skipped the other two.
