We had an excellent room with plenty of space but we absolutely loved the food in the restaurant and the serving staff were excellent. Our car was valet parked making it easy and convenient to arrive and leave.

Besides the beautiful contemporary design of the public spaces and the rooms, the staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. We had lunch at the Drift Restaurant which was delicious. Everytime we fly into Halifax this hotel is our favourite place.

Easy access to a grocery store and several restaurants. Not too bad of a walk to the ScotiaCentre Ice Arena. Uber drivers had a great pickup and drop off spot. The King bed was comfy. Great walk in shower.

The breakfast was such a plus. The only thing I found that I think needs addressing is the bed. The mattress itself was comfortable but the frame was very flimsy and shakey. If I even coughed , the whole bed moved. Everytime I moved , even a little , my husband was woke up and vise versa. Nothing a solid frame couldnt fix. Other than that , the rooms were a good size , very clean and cozy. The location was perfect for a casino visit to the city and the staff at the front counter , well so friendly and accommodating.

I liked pretty much everything. The building was recently reformed, both facade and interiors. The double room was completely renovated as well with modern shower and super big and comfy bed in a quiet location in the upper floor. Very comfortable and private space. The common facilities were also very good, with huge kitchen and storage and fridge capacity. The lounge and chill out / TV area are very elegant and cozy. They also had laundry but did not try there.
