Quiet, comfortable, inviting room, nice shampoo and conditioner. JJ was very kind, welcoming, and informative at check-in. Excellent location. Convenient to Trans-Canada Highway.

I traveled from the U.S., so I benefited from the exchange rate. The Canadian rate for the room was $229. The hotel is in the middle of downtown, adjacent to the beach, and within easy walking distance of countless choices for food or beverage. I had a corner room, with two balconies, one side overlooking downtown, the other side overlooking the harbor and Lake Okanagan. Of course, adjacent to the lake, there is a large sidewalk, and boardwalk, and a wetland preserve, and an opportunity to see beautiful downtown architecture. It is a 5 minute walk to the Kelowna Community Theater, which is why I was in town. The TV and channel selections were excellent, and I think my king size bed was the best quality I've ever experienced. I traveled all over the U.S. for 36 years for business. I think this was the most comfortable, aesthetic accommodation I've ever had.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We used as an overnight stop but are now thinking we will use it again on our way down the mountain. The breakfast was superb & the happy hour equally excellent. Such good value for the money paid.

The heated rooftop pool was very beautiful and I loved the experience of having a swim at night, with the view of the city. The view from our balcony was amazing. The bed was very comfortable, the suite was very romantic, and elegant. The security of the building ie./ needing to use keycards for the elevator and to enter the lounge was a smart idea, and made us feel very safe.
