Free WiFi is provided.... The hotel is located at downtown, BC exchange, Queensway exchanges. Just walk 5 minutes to the lake which has many activities during summer. There are many eateries and cafés opposites the hotel. Very convenient. The staff are very helpful. She helped me to book taxi.

Kelowna Golf & Country Club is 2.1-kilometers from this hotel in British Columbia. It features an indoor pool with a hot tub, a restaurant and guest rooms with free Wi-Fi. Our flight was diverted to the USA and we only had the room booked for one night on inverted, non-cancellation non refundable booking, however booking.com and the hotel were very responsive and amazing and allowed us to change our booking until the next night with no extra charges. Really made our trip less stressful after being diverted to another country and finally making it to our destination 24 hours later. I would book here again for that reason alone but I like the hotel also, internally the hotel is a bit older but the rooms were great, and the showers were really good. We chose this location so we could do a quick shopping trip across the road before we drove to our final destination. I also love that the pub next door was accessible from the hotel internally and we had a great meal there.

Located across from Hot Sands Beach, Prestige Beach House, WorldHotels Crafted offers an indoor pool, on-site dining, and rooms with flat-screen TVs. Lake City Casinos is 2 km away. Very good Location. Comfortable and clean rooms with cordial and efficient service. And, especially, the excellent food and service at the restaurant. We didn’t even try other restaurants, we were perfectly happy having all our meals at the hotel’s restaurant. It was that good!
