The size of the room and bathroom

Great value, perfect location, great pool and spa, nice restaurant with city view, good room. I stayed in a room on 15th floor with king size bed.

This was an amazing location. 900m from the train station up the hill. The beds were really comfy and the rooms spacious. It was great having a wee store on the bottom floor as well. The young concierge was wonderful and the most helpful of all the staff. He is awesome! Loved the pool and hot tub

The location was so convenient to the major tourist attractions. I was also given a room on the executive floor with an amazing view of the old town and St Lawrence River !! Spectacular !

Location and the bed is super comfortable

Wow!!! The Frontenac is such a wonderful hotel. The service was impeccable and they were so helpful and accommodating. The rooms and bathrooms were beautiful. The bed was so comfortable. They also surprised me with a birthday cupcake and a lovely birthday card. I recommend everyone to stay here at least once. It has such a rich history, beautiful location, beautiful architecture and interior, and some of the best service I have ever received.

First if all, the staff. They were very nice and very accommodating with our requests (additional water bottles, extra soaps, delay on room cleaning). We had an issue with one of our rooms and they were very quick to make the changes needed. We checked in post Christmas but you can still very well feel the Christmas spirit when they extended their assistance. Next is the facilities. There is a heated pool, gym and an in-house restaurant which are great for a comfortable stay. In the 3rd level there are lots of space where you can just sit, read a good book or get some drinks with friends. Moving on to the rooms, thay are spacious with a good fitting bath tub, but the highlight of the room would be the comfortable bed and pillows. You'd get to bed after a tiring day exploring Old Quebec and be up the next morning refreshed and ready to go explore some more. And last is the location. It's a beautiful place very close to the walls of Old Quebec so the places people would often visit is quite close, around 13 to 15 minutes of walking is all you need, most of the time. It is also close to a good number of establishments, particularly a handful of restaurants should you chose to dine out.

It was a super great place to stay. Staff awesome - especially Helena - super kind and helpful - location awesome and the facilities awesome including the inclusions in the price of your stay!
