Spotless and quiet 3-story ~5 bedroom home in a suburban neighborhood that has been converted into a shared bathroom hostel/hotel. 3rd floor unit had a nice view, working desk, comfy bed. The bathroom was clean and everything worked. The manager communicates timely and well but only by text and is not there most of the day, which is fine with me. The manager unlocks the door remotely for you so you don't need to wait for them to check in, then you get a key you can use to access any time. The kitchen had a large fridge, microwave, and the common room had comfy couch and kitchen table. Convenient bus access 1 block away goes to downtown and UBC. 7-11 and falafel 1 block away, many tasty trendy international restaurants of Kitsilano 3-15 blocks away.

Very convenient location, especially if you want to be near UBC. There aren't many hotels near campus. So, this home meets an important need. There's a shared kitchen with a microwave, fridge and stove (witch I didn't use). Entrance is easy and each room has it's own combo lock. It's in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood with plenty of free street parking
