Staff very helpful, professional and kind. Rooms and whole hotel were very clean. The service was impeccable. Food was great especially the kids' meal. Lots of activities for the family. Lots of complimentary service. Love their bath products too. Complimentary shuttle service was a lifesaver!
Maybe the faucet can use some fixing. Just minor leak of the faucet sink in the bathroom otherwise, everything was great. Stay was comfortable and relaxing. Very family friendly. Hotel allows pets in certain floors too.
