The room was very cozy. Bed was comfortable and kitchen was adequately stocked. We had a wee bit of issue with coffee machine but a staff helped us out. Instructions for the machine would have been helpful. Free Shuttle service from the hotel to the city center.

Fast and good communication with host. Key code entry to condo and external gates, so no need for keys/key card. Great location with ski valet and ski-out down to the Blackcomb Gondola. Condo #445 is on the 4th floor at the back of the property with an outlook over the trees surrounding it. Very well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Excellent wifi. Very quiet (other than the to-be-expected morning and afternoon ski boot noise as people head off and come back from the slopes). Hot tubs are super warm and fabulous after a hard day's skiing. Recommend :)
