The apartment was spacious, bright and well equipped. The location was exceptional with an inviting array of eateries steps away and only a 5 minute walk to the waterfront. Having laundry facilities was handy. The one hour harbour cruise with wine and appetizers was incredibly relaxing. Had the best croissants of our lives at Ferdinand’s. I’d unreservedly recommend Fontaine to anyone spending a few days or more in Geneva.

All of the staff are extremely friendly. The location could not be better in the heart of Geneva’s downtown. Hotel is spotless. Food excellent. Most importantly Rebecca and Lorenzo are superb managers. Always helpful. Always courteous, we have stayed in several hotels in Europe but this CitizenM hotel in Geneva is amazing value fur money.

Excellent location and a very spacious suite that had a partial lake view! It was my son’s birthday and the hotel staff had organized a cake and small gifts as a surprise at the arrival in our room! Very lovely gesture! The reception staff were all very nice and the newly renovated parts of the hotel are beautiful.
We would definitely stay again as very good value for money.
