Excellent delectable food and most importantly amazing staff. We want to express our gratitude for the entire wonderful, helpful, knowledgable reception team especially Karine, also Justine and Daria, and the excellent and kind concierge gentlemen especially monsieur Pascal. We also enjoyed the best Swiss cuisine at Restaurant Les Armures located in the hotel. The whole experience was wonderful for us as a family, Les Armures is a true marker of the excellent and warm Swiss hospitality.

Whoever designed the rooms deserves a medal. The room is very small but it is so well-designed and the space is used so efficiently that it never felt cramped. The staff were polite and helpful, and the location is perfect for getting around on foot or by public transit.
