Arriving just the day of opening, the hotel staff was extremely helpful and nice. The room has everything what is needed for a short or even longer stay. The top floor with common spaces is very cozy and offers amazing view. Definitely to recommend!

Absolutely stunning hotel with excellent staff, 9/10 for attention to detail. The only Hotels I've stayed that would be better would be some of the five-star hotels in the big chains like the Ritz-Carlton group, but in Switzerland and this time of year you'd be talking multiples of the price we paid to stay here. Genuinely brilliant boutique Hotel. Location was probably the best of any city stay hotel I've been to. Thanks to Tom especially for his help with booking tickets etc. Hotel restaurant was also a genuine treat with the traditional Swiss Fare explained by good waiting staff. Well worth booking for your first night in my opinion.
