Lovely property just ten minutes from city center. We had an early flight into Geneva and just expected to put our luggage into luggage room until checkin but receptionist very kindly offered us our room at 9.30 am as it was available. We were so grateful after a very early flight.

The location was very central and easy to access public transport. Apartment was very clean and comfortable. Excellent kitchen facilities and very quiet area. We had a great stay!!

Great location within walking distance of everything. The room was lovely, spacious and comfortable, with a great turndown service. The staff were lovely, making us feel very welcome especially reception staff. Breakfast was great with lots of fresh options to choose from each day - one piece of advice though is that they need to let guests know on their first morning that the entire breakfast including tea/coffee is self service - not a showstopper but I did note it happening to others too.

Hotel is new and friendly staff. Sergey the host was very helpful. The location is great and close to the central station Cornavin. Tea and coffee are free any time in 9th floor. The laundry available until 20:00 with dry machine and ironing. Kitchen in every room. Grocery is at the same building. Filtered water is free at public area. Internet is very fast!! Terrace and pool (billiard)

The location, ambience, food, the service and of course, the ride into and back from Geneva on a Riva. It’s a fabulous hotel in every aspect. The restaurant staff were wonderful with our 18 month old granddaughter.
