The water at the hotel! The water is delicious and clean, do not buy. You have been prepared in the room a sweet bottle. See Label photo. Food was good! Our room was pretty and had everything we needed, the staff was super friendly. Highly recommend! Quite and family friendly!

I had a wonderful stay at Stay Kooook in Geneva. The whole concept of self check-in works perfectly — everything is digital and very easy to use. You can open the main entrance and your apartment directly from your phone, which makes the experience smooth and modern. The communication was exceptional. When I had an issue generating the free public transport pass, I contacted them and received a response almost immediately. They quickly sent me the transport ticket, valid for my entire stay in Geneva. Their support was fast, polite and very respectful — I truly felt taken care of. The apartment itself was very comfortable. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious bed that can be extended, and everything feels clean and well designed. The location is also great — close to the city center and in a nice area. Overall, everything was perfect. 10/10 experience — I would definitely stay here again.
