The staff were so friendly and did everything to ensure that I was satisfied during my stay. The room was clean, and they provided towels whenever needed. It was in a quiet area of the city, and the center was not that far from there.

Loved everything about it. Location, decor, etc. Very well equipped too! Most importantly, the staff were very kind! I had to travel to another city and return to Geneva to pick up my bags after checking out and they were kind to let me keep my bags with them till I got back. When I got back days later exhausted for a night flight, they were kind to offer me coffee and snacks at the public lounge before leaving. Very automated but so user friendly and very safe too!

This is an amazingly cozy and welcoming place, created with great love and attention to detail. The house was spotlessly clean, and even though we stayed in winter, it was truly warm and comfortable. The comfortable beds, two showers, two toilets, and a bathtub made the stay very pleasant, even though the bathrooms are shared and several families were staying in the house at the same time. The high ceilings create a wonderful sense of space, light, and fresh air. The house is beautifully decorated with great taste, making it a real pleasure to stay there. There is a kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals, and the internet worked very well and reliably.A spacious parking area is located right next to the house and is suitable for cars of any size. A special thank-you goes to the hosts for their exceptional hospitality — their care, attention, and genuine warmth toward guests truly stand out. The breakfast was simply wonderful. We highly recommend this place and would be very happy to return again.

Upon arrival the room was not ready as scheduled. I met the sales manager Ms. Isabella and the room was upgraded to a suite and a drink and lunch were provided as a courtesy of the hotel. They paid attention to the smallest details based on previous comments I made when I stayed at the hotel 6 months ago. Thank you all
