The staff were so friendly and did everything to ensure that I was satisfied during my stay. The room was clean, and they provided towels whenever needed. It was in a quiet area of the city, and the center was not that far from there.

It is very modern, clean and well maintained. It is also very convenient as it is just beside the tram and the grocery shop is just downstairs. The staff was also super nice and friendly!

Excellent location just across the bridge from the old town, 1 min walk to Lake Geneva and 5 min walk north to shopping area along rue de Mont Blanc. Great clean renovated room with good responsive aircon and comfortable bed and pillows. My room was quiet facing a beautiful square at the back. Comfortable adult size extra bed for my daughter. Shower working perfectly with good temperature adjustment. Must not miss the great buffet breakfast with everything. Reception and concierge staff always very helpful. Special mention to Arnauld at concierge gave good directions in Geneva. While in Montraux, telephoned reception enquired about a good Swiss restaurant on a Sunday and received recommendation within 20 min. Hotel carpark close by, and car can be delivered to front of hotel in the mornings. Will definitely stay here again.
