Lovely property just ten minutes from city center. We had an early flight into Geneva and just expected to put our luggage into luggage room until checkin but receptionist very kindly offered us our room at 9.30 am as it was available. We were so grateful after a very early flight.

The location was very central and easy to access public transport. Apartment was very clean and comfortable. Excellent kitchen facilities and very quiet area. We had a great stay!!

An atmospheric, orient express style hotel in a very good location. I came for a piano concert, so location near Victoria Hall was important to me. Very tasty breakfast, delicious bread:)

Great location within walking distance of everything. The room was lovely, spacious and comfortable, with a great turndown service. The staff were lovely, making us feel very welcome especially reception staff. Breakfast was great with lots of fresh options to choose from each day - one piece of advice though is that they need to let guests know on their first morning that the entire breakfast including tea/coffee is self service - not a showstopper but I did note it happening to others too.

My husband and I stayed in the hotel for 1.5 months while finding our new apartment in Geneva. It felt like home. We had a one-room apartment which was spacious, providing enough room for rest and work and eat. The well equipped kitchenette was a jewel. We liked buying food to cook in the apartment and that saved a lot of money as going out for meals in Geneva is very expensive. I also liked the washer/dryer inside our room as we could wash our clothes any time as we liked instead of wasting our rest time lining up in communal laundry. The gym and sauna are also great. Replenishment of room supplies (e.g. coffee capsules, washing tablets, etc) was very efficient. All in all, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Excellent location right across from the tram stop of number 3, 14 and 18. The cosy and friendly environment on 9th Floor with free coffee and tea, and very good laundry arrangements. Very friendly management staff tops it all.

It s unforgettable feeling like you are in city of Switzerland but having resort facilities. Like the smell of amenities and whole ambiance of the hotel. You feel home at La Reserve accomodations. a very romantic hotel in the heart of the old city of Geneva, close to Rue de Rive and the Lakeshore. Given the time of the year -December- we chose not to be along the Lakeshore as it would have been unbearable. Courteous staff, a super good restaurant serving their landmark dish "FONDUE", among a variety of other options on the menu.
