Thé location was great! Was about 20-15min. max from the old town ( with some short cuts even 10). Rooms was clean and beds comfortable having everything that you’ll need for a short stay. Totally recommend!

The location was perfect … the tram stop was right outside the front door, providing us with very easy transportation. All the staff … including Madeline, Sergei, Ava & Hassan were absolutely AMAZING‼️. They were extremely helpful, friendly & knowledgeable. We felt like we had our own personal travel agents. We loved everything about the hotel concept and the fact that we felt so at home during our stay! The apart hotel is quite modern and well-furnished. All the details are precisely considered to make your stay comfortable and make you feel like you’re at home. Excellent stay! The rooms were even nicer than anticipated, stocked with all the basic utensils you could need. Service was 10/10. Everything felt new and clean. The sauna was a lovely addition. Overall, a great space and we had a lovely time. Very handy being 5mins from the main station as well.

Upon arrival the room was not ready as scheduled. I met the sales manager Ms. Isabella and the room was upgraded to a suite and a drink and lunch were provided as a courtesy of the hotel. They paid attention to the smallest details based on previous comments I made when I stayed at the hotel 6 months ago. Thank you all
