Our family had a wonderful time here. The apartment is conveniently located close to Interlaken West train station and bus stop, grocery stores and restaurants, yet tucked away from the main road allowing for privacy. Situated close to the scenic Aare river, it has a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer and good Wi-Fi connectivity. It is clean, comfortable and spacious and has incredible views of the mountains from some of the rooms. Our friendly and kind hosts shared clear check-in instructions well ahead of our arrival, as well as helpful tips for our stay in Interlaken. They were promptly responsive when we needed to reach out on any questions or concerns we had during our stay and pulled all stops to ensure we had a pleasant, worry-free stay.

Everything was excellent. The outdoor spa was a unique experience. The staff at the kids' club were very kind, and everyone in the hotel was extremely helpful. We even received a complimentary room upgrade. The hotel also provided a shuttle service to the train station. The town was small but charming, and the hotel is conveniently located in the heart of it.

This was by far my favorite place I stayed during my trip to Switzerland. I found this apartment by chance on Booking.com, and it turned out to be one of the happiest surprises of my trip. The apartment is spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully designed. I loved the simple, cozy interior, and the balcony was definitely the highlight. During the day, you can enjoy the mountain views and watch paragliders in the sky. In the evening, the sunsets are beautiful, and on clear nights the stars are breathtaking. Watching the stars while enjoying Heidi truly felt like a dream come true. The apartment is exceptionally well equipped with everything you might need, including a coffee machine, kitchen appliances, cookware, tableware, an iron, a drying rack, and even a first-aid kit. Later I learned that this used to be Silviya's own home, which explains why everything feels so complete, practical, and thoughtfully prepared. Check-in was effortless. As I arrived late, Silviya arranged a self check-in by leaving the key in the mailbox and provided very clear instructions in advance. She was always quick to reply, and communication was smooth from beginning to end. She is such a kind and thoughtful host. The location is also excellent—about a 10-minute walk from Interlaken West station, on a quiet and safe street close to the mountains and a lovely park. One small note: during my stay the weather wasn't very hot, and the two fans provided were more than enough for me. I don't usually use air conditioning, but guests who are more sensitive to heat might prefer AC during very hot summer days. Overall, this was an exceptional stay. I would happily book this apartment again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, beautiful, and truly home-like place to stay in Interlaken.
