Location was great, it was right next to the train station, super convenient for moving around and close to a mall as well. Breakfast was fresh and filling, a great start to the day. Staff/Host were very kind and helpful, made the stay smooth and welcoming.

The hotel is amazing, very comfortable, clean. Good location - close to train station and to the good grocery shop. Very delicious food at the restaurant of the hotel. It's great hotel for this money.

The welcome you get in City Hotel Ochsen is what would make you come back ! The little things they do great - requesting a little jug of milk when you arrive late is no problem will deliver to your room , to showing you the map of Zug. Both the man and lady on reception are brilliant and should be commended , same with the owner whom I met one of the nights . Better than any of the more expensive hotels in Zug which I’ve stayed at ! I will be back ! Rooms are well laid out , clean and cosy with beautiful modern bathroom - a pleasure .
