Service was quick... Staff was very friendly..very clean and great location on Lake Zug. Would definitely stay at this Hotel again. Accessible to the water, walking path around the lake.

Everything was perfect. Carmen and Andy were awesome and the place is strategically positioned between Zurich and Lucerne. Besides that there is a mall 400m by walking.

Very well renovated hotel, rooms are comfortable, almost all have a river view so not much noise from the roads. It takes 8 min walk via a nice forest road to the train station. Pay attention: at the station you need to go to the tunnel in the photo and then you get to the forest road by stairs. Do not go along the highway as google suggests.

Not much to say, great nice hotel we got a free upgrade to the Apart hotel next door.

Surrounded by the impressive panorama of the Zugerberg Plateau and the Swiss Alps, the Parkhotel is just a 2-minute walk from Zug Train Station.
