Staff were very helpful and the location of this hotel was in a very convenient location. It was surrounded by restaurants it was also in walking distance to the main center (approx 20mins). Rooms were comfortable and breakfast service had a good variety.

Great location in Santiago to walk to several neighborhoods. Very convenient and felt very safe. Common areas were very comfortable and available. Hosts kindly accommodated our request for ground floor room needed due to injury and room with fireplace was very very comfortable. Would stay here again!

We love the rooftop Jacuzzi and sauna! We reserved 15:00- 15:30 time slot in advance, it was wonderful after a long flight and city walk. The breakfast was also wonderful, and staff really helpful.

The facility was awesome. The public spaces included a lovely garden with several seating options, a library lounge and a comfortable breakfast/bar room. Rooms were well appointed. The staff were very helpful. The value for money was excellent.

The apartment is beautiful, beautifully appointed, clean and well maintained, lovely view out the window. Very comfortable bed and bathroom, nice bedding, great kitchen. The host was very accomodating with me leaving my luggage etc. The penthouse patio area upstairs was great.
