The property is superb. We’ve always wanted to spend some time there, as we often went there for lunch before COVID. We finally did. Best money ever spent. Seriously, the bed was incredibly comfortable and had the remote control to position the mattress according to one’s liking. The terry cloth and the towels were of excellent cotton. Thick and absorbent. The breakfast was included and it was delish. The service excellent.

The Room is clean and comfortable, close to the subway and accessible by both taxi and subway. The room was spacious and came with a dehumidifier, which was very convenient. It's located shopping area with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby.

Serene, classy and exquisite. The gym is pretty well equipped and the spa in this hotel is a must, although comes at its own cost. Overall, very homely and I would recommend you stay here if is your first time in Beijing.

I had a wonderful experience at the Four Seasons. Ting went above and beyond—even while on holiday—ensuring I got the room I needed, staying in touch through email, and reserving two rooms for me to choose from. Shelly was incredibly kind, showing me around and even helping with my trolley. The concierge (whose name I unfortunately forgot) and the entire hotel team were extremely helpful, and the room service was absolutely fabulous. Truly top-tier service all around
