The room was very nice, it has the old classic style with a big nice bed and lots of pillows. The bathroom was really nice, with a bathtub and a large shower, and good water preassure. It came with a lot of amenities and it was clean. The hotel is very pretty from the lobby, to the pool area, to the room. The breakfast was very nice, and had a vast varity of different foods that felt fresh and good quality. The staff was friendly and helpful when it came to an issue i had during my stay.

Staff like Ayla and Josie at check in desk were very efficient and helped with various bookings which I was not able to do without a local handphone number. Josie also put in a request for my second booking at the same hotel one week later after staying there for 5 nights the first time, as I requested a room that if available will face the Beijing Railway.

The location, staff, room and overall comfort. We reached the hotel very early because of our flight. But the hotel staff very helpful and went out of the way to help and make the whole family comfortable. They provided early check in and made sure the room was comfortable for us.
