We had an excellent stay here. The location is great, right next to some really lovely parks. The staff (Belle, Juliya, Pench and Joey) were all incredibly helpful and kind, even when we had some slightly unusual baby-related requests. They even stayed in touch over WeChat to help us while we were out in the city, which made such a difference. The restaurant downstairs was also surprisingly good. Great food and super convenient. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Excellent set at at Ritz Carlton Chengdu.
Only initially planned to stay for one night but ended up staying two! Amazing, friendly staff who are true 5* standard from the front desk manager to the doormen who helped us with our luggage.
Rooms nice and big and spotlessly clean. I would highly recommend and will be back. Thank you so much! Kindly upgraded by the staff as well to have a nice view of Chengdu city and rose petals in the room to celebrate an anniversary. Michelle at front desk was very professional and courteous to at check out.

We stayed for 1 night and enjoyed it immensely. The hotel premises are incredibly beautiful, feels like you are in a movie. Area around the hotel is also very pleasing - steps aways from Wenshu Yuan Monastery with a lot of dining options.
Service was also great: everything is clean and comfortable.
Staff was very friendly and helpful, though English may be a problem.

The location was excellent. The various amenities also felt modern. I found the laundry convenient, as did a number of other guests who I met while waiting for a load to complete. The atmosphere was friendly and helpful when I encountered any difficulties understanding the instructions.
