The breakfast offers a large selection of Western and Asian foods. Their noodle station was varied and pretty good! Our two bedroom plus living room was huge and even had a washing machine and dryer, which we used quite often! The kitchen has all the basic amenities. Their 24 hour gym was also nice to use! The hotel is connected to Raffles City mall so it was very convenient.

Beautiful boutique hotel next to the gorgeous Wuhou Shrine (cute shops, good food, traditional place). The reception employees were so very kind and helpful planning our trips to Leshan Buddha and Panda base, they were amazing. 10/10.

Hotel is very pretty, as advertised! Location is also really good, near by car to tourist locations. Staff are also friendly. We love the free laundry service, and they also provide steamer. Value for money and Instagram-worthy for a stay in Chengdu. Tip: further down the street is University street with cute cafes!

Great hotel, the rooms are vey spacious and the beds are massive! Staff were very responsive and helpful, they even kept my suitcase in storage while we went away exploring other places until we returned to Chengdu. This was my second stay at this hotel, and won't be the last, highly recommended!

Our stay at W Chengdu was beyond our expectations. On our arrival, the receptionists were all very welcoming.
The lobby is so stylish and modern, the room is so well-designed. Fancy: our room was very efficient and took great care of us.
We loved the breakfast at the well-decorated Zing, we had lots of choice. The team at Zing is so warm and kind especially Jasmine, Hedy, Cassie, Mona, Ziki. We will not hesitate to come back again to W Chengdu for our next trip.

Our stay was comfortable. Spacious room, comfy bed and great breakfast. The gym and the indoor swimming pool (so big) were a great surprise too. The staff was kind and accomodating, location of the hotel was also very convenient and close to a big mall.
