I have to thank the receptionist boy for not only bringing my luggage up to the 9th floor but also giving me an ethernet cord for wifi connection to my computer! Previously I did NOT get any wifi on my laptop computer so was desperate in need of wifi for the laptop! He helped me big time! Thank him!

The manager, Ling Ling, is extremely helpful, friendly and passionate. She went out of her way to help us organize our outings, helped us book train tickets and suggested activities for us. She made our stay extra special. I love it that the hotel is in a historic building and the location is incredible. It is right in the heart of Nanping Pedestrian Street and Flower market. Lots of activities the moment we stepped the hotel. A-star for cleanliness. The staff will brew a nice herbal tea and a bowl of fruits, which is a very nice touch.

Staff were very helpful and professional. The breakfast was good with lots of choices. Room was spacious and clean with updated facilities. They also provided us afternoon tea. Location was excellent as it was close to restaurants and train stations. I will definitely stay there next time if I go to Kunming again.
