The staffs are helpful friendly and always offer help when requested. They are well trained with highly etiquette. Few worth mentioning occasions are a concierge staff offer to drive me near to the lake where I wanted to go baggie and show me the hotel surrounding. Gardening staff politely wait for guests to walk past them before carry on their jobs. Staff try their best to extend for me a late check out where by flight is at mid-night. A management staff offer to bring me to the correct lobby lift and more. Overall a very pleasant experience. Thank you and will come again as along as you maintain your high standard service and pricing.

It's a beautifully renovated, historic hotel right in the middle of old Kunming --- right where you want to be to explore the city. The rooms have been very nicely refurbished and the hotel staff were so kind with restaurant recommendations and other tips. For example, I loved the longan, date, and wolfberry tea that they prepare for guests in their rooms and so I asked where I could purchase it. Instead the manager even generously helped me to get the right ingredients to take home so I can make it myself!! Really above and beyond.

The room was really big and the view at night was amazing. The host was very friendly and answered everything I asked. The host communicates in chinese but translarions apps works quite good.

Helpful staff! We had trouble booking a cab and one of the staff booked for us and suggested a place for eating. Beds were very comfy and clean and nice amenities. My son enjoyed the foos ball table in the reception area.
