Location is great. Near everything. The bathroom and toilet are clean with ample toiletries and lots of towels! Bed is super comfy and I love the big window in the room as I can see the beautiful blue sky and decided I should not waste such a lovely day 😅😅 And the staff are hospitable, too! They can't speak English very well but the important thing is that they try their best to communicate with me, and always send me their regards plus well wishes 🙆🙆🙆

It’s clean, considerably near to train station, there’s a lift, and they have washing machines, dryers and great breakfast place. They have hot and cold water dispensers in the room! Also i love the little chair beside the window and the bathroom design too

Overall my recent stay at Intercontinental Kuming is with absolute satisfactory. Especially I was very happy for the assistance by the Concierge te4am. Mr Smulin was very helpful to me such as buying new air tickets to other city of China and further amendments as well as arrangement for my airport transfer. He was always very active with quick responses, willing to help and did his best. If I was asked, I would give him and his concierge team at Intercontinental Kuming the full score 10 out of 10. Clean room with great amenities and central location. The building is iconic and many people will come to take photos in front of the building. Staff were very helpful and even provided us complimentary tea everyday.

The staff are nice and the rooms are clean. Water pressure and temperature are good. Located in a very convenient location to explore the cbd and easy drop off and pick up for Didi. Would recommend guests to stay here
