The room was stunning—clean, spacious, and thoughtfully decorated, making it a perfect retreat.
The highlight, though, was the incredible staff who went above and beyond when I lost my AirPods. Carol, Aileen, and Martin in particular were relentless in their effort to help me find them. Thanks to their determination, I got my AirPods back, which was a huge relief.
I can’t praise this hotel enough for both its beautiful facilities and the exceptional service.

This hotel has a very good location. Taxi prices are very affordable in China, so the central location of this hotel is a great help for visiting various places in Shenzhen.
The hotel is very clean, the rooms are spacious, it has many amenities, and it offers absolutely everything listed on Booking.com. It was truly a very good experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast offers a wide variety, which is truly delicious. There are also several restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores around the hotel.
If I return to Shenzhen, I will not hesitate to stay at this hotel again.
