Everything was amazing. We booked a stay for 2 nights for my wife's birthday, started with an upgrade to the sea view suite and a complimentary birthday cake with a bottle of wine. Very convenient location near to Sea World. Good breakfast. Carol and the rest of the staff made our stay exceptional. Definitely going back.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The room was clean and quite functional with some storage space, kettle, basic disposable sanitary items such as toothbrushes,toothpaste, hair comb, shampoo, shower gel etc. Breakfast was included too, with a big variety of different dishes to choose from.
To my surprise the hotel also had a rest room on the top floor that includes a gym, play room, study area, library and all of this with an amazing view.
The stuff didn’t speak very good English but nonetheless they were doing everything to help and were very friendly. Overall a perfect stay with nothing to complain about at all.
